Dharma Yoga Wheel is an invention of my teacher, Sri Dharma Mittra and this is the one is designed and sold by Dharma Yoga Centre in NYC. This is super helpful tool to keep your back healthy. There are 2 colours available (black and purple). You can purchase them at Indaba Yoga studio in London now. Feel free to try them in my classes. There is a wavy hand grip on inner wheel and the nice non slippery material like liform mat is covering outside.

Sprouted almond 

Sprouted/ activated almond is super high nutritional. Sri Dharma used to say that there were yogis just eat that. One almond has a power to grow one whole tree when it’s activated. Want to know how to make it? Here you go… have a look below 👇 and try. 🥰Don’t wait until you see anything green come out. Only less than one day, then you see whole thing come out (see photo above 👆 ).

Soak raw almonds in water 12 hours, then rinse every 3-4 hours for period of 18 hours. Peel skin off before eating, as it becomes toxic during germination.
To store once sprouted, cover with water and place in the fridge. (The water should just cover one half once the top of the almonds).You have to change the water once a day to keep the water clean. Skinned sprouted almonds should last for a week to 10 days. If you peel them all in the beginning, they should last for 3-4 weeks in the fridge if you change water everyday.
